DGCCR

Digital Government Competency and Capability Readiness (DGCCR) is a Malaysian government initiative to develop digital competencies and capabilities targeting civil services across many local government agencies. This transformational digital journey emphasizes the need to adopt 8 Individual Capabilities and 17 Organizational Capabilities to create the Future of Work for government services.

 

Indigise was engaged as the Industry Subject Matter Expert to review and update E-Learning trainers modules that will form the basis of providing the necessary online training to all civil service workers across the country. Each capability areas are delivered at 3 levels: Level 2 (Emerging and Competent), Level 3 (Mature and Proficient) and Level 4 (Transformational an Expert).

Regional BFSI Organization 

We helped to develop the Digital Learning pathway for a large BFSI organization in Malaysia by reviewing their existing learning contents and complementing the syllabus by identifying, validating and selecting the required learning pathways that will ensure a more holistic digital workforce within the organization, creating digital leaders, digital catalyst, digital agents and digital users.

Data Exploration and Data Visualization

Our data visualization program is a modeling tool developed to be used by upper primary students right through  to university students. Data visualisation is important to support strong understanding of concepts, hypothesis testing, and prediction in mathematics, statistics, social science, physical science, biological science and more. Our program supports Malaysia's school KSSR and KSSM syllabus to develop learning pathways for students in both primary and secondary school. We offer 4 distinct and logical courses comprising introduction to data analytics and number sense, understanding relationship in numbers through visualization, probability and randomness and data simulation.

We worked with the organization's Learning and Development team to identify employees training requirements by performing needs assessment. By performing the training needs analysis, we identify any gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities of employees to determine what types of training they need to move the company towards its objective.

 

Most importantly, we also uncovered how employees prefer to learn which can reduce training friction once trainings schedule has been published.  We considered the organization's goals and tasks of the job roles in defining what success looks like for each position and what skills this success would require.
